Due to being busy in phone and laptop from morning to evening, if you have to distance from them even for a while, then the mind starts resting. This same stress is called a Tech Stress. Gadgets' importance in today's lifestyle can not be denied. The dependence of people on them is increasing for every small task. Use of mobile phones and laptops for basic needs such as studies, banking, entertainment and news reading has become the need of everyone. Where different apps have made our work easier, there is also a suggestion from time to time to make distance from these gadgets.

The use of mobile phones or other gadgets more than needs affects the brain. The microscopic waves coming out of these gadgets have a serious effect on the functioning of the cortical brain, which also affects the reasonableness of the brain. Necessary neck and neck too often goes away from continuous work on computer or laptop.   • Make the distance from the gadgets two hours before bedtime. Do not keep them around your beds at all.
  • Avoid relying on apps.
  • If there is no possibility of an important call or message coming, keep the phone in silent mode instead of the ringer or vibration mode.
  • Instead of playing games on mobile or surfing the sites in their spare time, invest it in extracurricular activities.
  • When friends or family are with you, keep the phone away from the blot.
  • Deactivate social media accounts at some time intervals.
  • Put a habit of staying at least one hour offline every day. If you do not miss the phone during this time, there is less chance of getting a tech stress.
  • Spend more time with nature or books. This will motivate you to stay away from gadgets.
