Para empezar quiero aclarar que la aplicación es la original, pero que gracias a aportes es premium cualquier cuenta, desconozco la causa
Para dispositivos iOS móviles
Bien, para empezar necesitamos ir a nuestro buscador web móvil, en mi caso uso Safari, allí iremos a la dirección tutuapp.vpi
Luego le daremos al botón verde Download New
Una vez allí nos aparecerá un cartel para confirmar la instalación: 
Le damos a instalar.
Una vez instalado necesitaremos validar el perfil de la aplicación de la siguiente manera

Una vez instalada la aplicación y validado el perfil entramos y en el buscador superior escribimos spotify++
Ahí nos aparece para instalarlo, no pongo capturas porque es muy intuitivo, una vez instalado tendremos que validar el perfil de spotify como hicimos con tutuapp
Terminados los pasos anteriores entramos a nuestra cuenta de spotify y listo, tenemos spotify premium
Esta aplicación tendremos que actualizarla manual cuando deje de funcionar repitiendo los pasos anteriores incluyendo la desinstalación de tutuapp para luego reinstalarla
