First with electricity in Bailadores municipality rivas Dávila state Mérida
He developed the famous turbines moved by water. Some of these turbines were used to generate electricity, or to move the mechanical instruments of a carpentry, such as a lathe. His house was the first one in the mocotíes valley to be illuminated by electric light generated by a turbine made by himself, long before the national national power company of CADAFE arrived. For this reason, its electricity generating plants operated or moved by waterfalls were and are very useful to many villages and hamlets of the Andean mountain range.

Don Luis Zambrano: Inventor of the town for the people (Documentary)

Motivated by the circumstances of the moment and the shortage of spare parts that lived in Venezuela at the time of World War II, Don Luis Zambrano 1901-1990 develops a rotary internal combustion engine that beats the performance of common or conventional engines, decreasing considerably the quantity of pieces. The functionality of the same was demonstrated in several postgraduate, master's and doctoral studies in the most illustrious and prestigious universities of the country.

Zambrano, died in the city of Mérida, on August 15, 1990.
