The Government of Indonesia will Block Telegram, Unless these Terms are Fulfilled
The Ministry of Communications and Information (Kominfo) asked Telegram's short messaging application company to meet three requests, in order to lift the blocking.

Indonesian authorities have sent a letter containing the three conditions to Telegram on Monday (17/07), at 9:00 pm.
The letter is a continuation of Telegram CEO Pavel Durov's answer to Kominfo's decision to close the company's 11 controls on Friday last week.
"They can apply for normalization if all these provisions have been met," Semuel said at a press conference in Jakarta, Monday (17/07) evening.
Supervision of traffic talks in the online short message service will not violate the privacy of citizens.
