Egg Tea is a typical drink of West Sumatra which is a mandatory menu in traditional stalls and restaurants Padang. This drink consists of a mixture of tea, sugar and eggs and a little lemon juice. The eggs used are usually chicken eggs. Egg tea is usually drunk by farmers who want to farm, as a stamina enhancer work.
How to make it pretty easy. You just shake duck eggs or chicken eggs mixed with a little milk and sugar until foamy. After that brewed with warm tea water. Do not forget to add a little lemon juice for the smell of eggs can be disguised.
If left immediately after brewing with hot tea water, the tea talents will feature a unique coating when viewed from a clear glass. Similar expensive drinks in the cafe of course. In the upper layer of the foam is coated, the middle part is white and the bottom is brownish.
