I'm good with telegram purging religious extremists radical accounts. But along they now also took the policy to purge Adult Por...... groups maintained by individuals. This is really concerning regarding "Freedom of Speech" and "Privacy of User Data"! If not, how are they identifying such groups and individuals? If someone doesn't like specific subject , that person is free not to join the groups. Why this purge? And I'm saying, this has nothing to do with child safety, it's the parent's job to keep a watchful eye. Telegram claims it doesn't have access to user keys, now that's under question. A person should have freedom to share things that person wants to. Is Telegram trying to become another #censorship lover police state messanger? Russia's ban on telegram was highly ineffective, I talk with Iraninans in daily basis who violate their local laws by using the app using virtual networks and proxy servers. Or Russia lifted the ban because there are some dark business going on between #Telegram and Russian secret service #FSB to put users on danger? 🤔🤔 After these kinds of censorship , Telegram's level as a trusted service dropped to me.
