Newly crowned WOS champ Ramage enters the ring for a celebration of his title win, accompanied by Sha Samuels & CJ Banks. Only to be interrupted by Joe Hendry challenging for the belt, and a title match ensues.

The second match of the programme is a ladder match, with an undisclosed opportunity hidden in a briefcase suspended above the ring, and sees four new wrestlers competing. Masked Scot Robbie X, young Englishmen Liam Slater & Gabriel Kidd, and the slightly more seasoned scot Lionheart.

When ring annoucer Phil Seymour is announcing the competitors something very British happens. When he gets to the bald, denim jacket wearing Lionheart the crowd start chanting "Right Said Fred" because of his vague resemblance to the 90's band's lead singer Richard Fairbrass. Some very British mocking.

It's also in this match we see the influence of the Saturday teatime broadcasting. There's a moment when one of the wrestlers is thrown on top of one of the ladders and the camera cuts away before we see the impact. Clearly this was deemed too violent for a family audience.

The third match sees the continuation of the tag team tournament, with Nathan Cruz and former Love Island contestant Adam Maxted taking on HT Drake and British wrestling legend Doug Williams. Williams has worked for many wrestling promotions all over the world including Ring of Honor and Impact! Wrestling, where he held various championship titles.

The main event sees wrestlers Kay Lee Ray, Viper and Bea Priestley battle it out to be crowned the first ever WOS Women's Champion. Kay Lee Ray was previously involved with Impact! Wrestling through their British Bootcamp series alongside fellow WOS stars Ramage & Grado. While Viper has briefly wrestled for WWE and was the subject of BBC documentary Fight Like a Girl.

WWE can pat themselves on the back all they want for their forthcoming all female pay-per-view, but it shows real progression to have the main event of your second ever show to be a women's match.
