Tendinopathy has a future for cure, it is not just a continuous research process

In general definition of teninopathy is unclear, researchers are having trouble to define it from its symptoms due to the complications of mechanism and surroundings where muscles, tendons and bones are situated and placed.
Simply they do not define them in a right way.
All they have been told which are tendon that cannot be softened, it is degeneration, overused, swelling where needed to be shockwaved, (platelet rich plasma)PRP and steroids injection etc.
In fact, its just one thing was right, its overused.
Why other things do not work, if it is not to the point, yes, just one point. Where is it? It is the bone is being pulled to make it inflammed, make the pain worse, make all the surroundings sound so confusing.
What connecting to the bone is the tendons, yes tendons that make the bone poor and want to crack.
All I am saying here, want the cure, find me here.
