This years prize fund for the Australian open is a staggering $55 million.
If you turn up and play 1 game you walk away with $60,000. Lets say every major grand slam tournament had the same prize fund and you played all 4 slams.
In a year you could walk away with $240,000 dollars.
In the USA or Australia you are doing pretty well to earn $100,000 a year.
This guy has the audacity to stand up and demand more money.... for being very good at hitting a ball with a Raquel..... are you serious.
Remember $240,000 is the minimum. Then there are the sponsorship deals, for a few photos, or an advert to say you love wearing $10,000 watches it makes you play tennis better.
I'm not sure how these guys can keep a straight face while saying this stuff, get a reality check.
