As I already reported, some time ago I had ordered my TenX card, and since then was waiting impatiently. :)
In the following by showing you some screenshots I have illustrated the necessary steps to activate the card.

Wie ich bereits berichtete, hatte ich vor einiger Zeit meine TenX-Karte bestellt und wartete seitdem ungeduldig. :)

After that one has to enter the last four digits of the card number to activate the card.
Among others one gets informed that the card needs to be unlocked with "Card Lock" = "OFF" to be able to be used. |

| Of course I had to test the card immediately. I decided to order some delicious coffee at roastmarket. The purchase worked out smoothly, and as you can see, the app immediately showed payed amount. In addition TenX sent me a confirmation E-Mail: perfect! :) | Natürlich musste ich danach die Karte sofort in der Praxis ausprobieren. I will look into the TenX card.....a query for you is there any confirmation before purchase.....Swift card has such a notification after purchase however it is a bit too late on some purchases if someone has stolen your card details.

Nur nochmal zum Verständnis: es ist eine normale Prepaid-Visa Karte mit der du überall zahlen kannst, wo Visa angenommen wird? Aber ich vermute, dein verfügbarer Rahmen ist dann auch an den Bitcoinpreis geknüpft, kann also schwanken? Kann man die Karte dann auch (versehentlich) überziehen oder was passiert, falls der Preis - wider Erwarten - plötzlich fallen würde?

Ja, normalerweise müsste man überall dort zahlen können, wo das auch mit anderen, 'normalen' VISA-Karten möglich ist (ich habe aber, wie beschrieben, erst einen Testeinkauf gemacht, der tadellos funktionierte).
Du hast Recht, es ist eine Debit-Karte, die ich immer wieder neu mit Bitcoins aufladen muss. Wenn ich damit zahle, ist der in dem Moment aktuelle Bitcoinpreis maßgebend. Die entsprechende Menge Bitcoins werden dann in die Fiatwährung umgerechnet und damit dann bezahlt. Habe ich zuwenige Bitcoins auf der Karte, kann ich nicht zahlen (und müsste sie neu aufladen).

Super, je mehr Leute beginnen, Cryptowährungen zum Zahlen verwenden, desto realer wird auch der tatsächliche Wert dieser.

Das Aufladen geht ganz einfach, z. B. von einem Bitcoin-Wallet wie Electrum zum mit der TenX-Karte verbundenen Wallet.
Es ist richtig, dass Transaktionen zuordenbar sind, aber die Limits von Level 1 sind leider viel zu niedrig.

falls du die klasischen prepaid-karten meint die es beispielsweise von wirex gibt, die hab ich ... aber mich stört, dass ich dort die karte durch die transaktionsdauer vorab mit einem betrag laden muss der sofort auf fiat gewechselt wird ... was mir an der tenX Lösung gefällt, ist, das die cryptos so lange in der wallet verbleiben, bis sie tatsächlich ausgegeben werden, und dann halt in jede beliebige währung zum aktuellen kurs in echtzeit gewechselt werden.

Ja das stimmt, die Wirex, ist da nicht automatisch von Crypto nach Fiat. ABER bei den neuen Karten ist es so dass es nicht automatisch der Wechsel geht. Du kannst also selbst bestimmen wann der beste Kurs ist und dann von crypto in Fiat in 1 Sek. wechseln. So ist es zumindest nun bei mir bei Wirex

Ich habe sie auch bekommen gestern .. juhuuuu ..
Bei mir ging es allerdings nicht so reibungslos.
Ging auch gleich in meinem supermarkt und wollte mit der karte bezahlen.
Wurde declined abgelehnt angezeigt. Danach versuchte ich es nochmals und ging immer noch nicht.
Janu ein bisschen traurig habe ich halt eine andere karte genommen.
Später aber habe ich gesehen dass es zwei mal abgebucht worden ist von meinem wallet.
Der tenX support meint, dass bei abgelehnten transaktionen der Betrag in ein paar tagen zurückbezahlt wird.
Hmmmm ein bisschen doof wenn bei jedem fehler der Betrag abgebucht wird und Tage geht bis es zurückkommt.
Hoffe mal es konmt wirklich zurück :) und dasses in zukunft überall funktioniert.
