Tenx moved to the new office!!!!

Hello and welcome to the second episode of the 10x podcast.
We didn't get canceled. Yes exactly you're probably wondering what's going on here you can see behind me this is Singapore. We finally did it we move this is our new office city is actually on moving day so mind the mess you can't really see it but you'll see in the b-roll yeah exactly so everyone slowly and trickling in and moving all this stuff so today's very who the hell are you Who am I I'm Mike community manager here at 10x I'm Joelle customer success manager 10x and we will be talking to you well if this is the first time you are watching we'll be talking about stuff that's relevant to the community relevant attacks and crypto in general so we hope that this will be useful to you if you have any questions or topic today that we want to discuss right yes so II you don't know you got it let's thought of the next topic an enemy silence silence yeah okay so yeah let's start with our first time EU versus Europe versus Wavecrest define European territory what is what is going on what is all that about so in pot in the past as you know if you've been falling off what up all of you even like if you know about our company you probably know that the cars that we have currently can only be issued to residents of Europe now we say Europe as a shorthand really because there's Wavecrest actually also issue a wave crest can only shoot cars to users in certain countries it's not just Europe and it's not just xpu it includes these countries but it also includes like countries that aren't traditionally in your per se like it's got Israel in there but and Israel is never you know it's never consider powder by any stretch of imagination so that's why the actual term is way pressed to find European territory now we say that but it's a very very long phrase you have to use every twenty seconds so we just talked about to Europe so if we cook it because any confusion or there's any doubt about that we apologize but just take note on our website you'll find a link to the wave press my Troy site yeah where you'll see a full list of countries that we can support that yeah so I think the EU doesn't have Israel but you yeah it doesn't have a lot of countries classified right but the Israel is classified as part of Europe for like the soccer football it's just just putting it out there random information anyways I could be right about that sports clothes look at this guy great so let's move on to our next topic all right so this is something that probably might can speak to more about private updates what's going on with that because I know that you're very you're very in tune that you used to release that Weekly product update love yeah the the weekly dev blog updates have been sort of stopped for now and we want to replace that with other content like this podcast for example because honestly it was a little tough to kind of have to deal with devs and let them know and kind of force them to like hey what's up what's happening this week I mean I'm not really product manager here but how many more lines of code have you had in the last seven days you we don't need to know that from that we don't need to bug in its later the product team needs to focus on delivering you know good quality products and just focus on coding or whatever else so yeah essentially what we wrote there and then the blog post is look the reality is there's a lot more working parts you know there's a lot of challenges involved and when you're dealing with a financial product as complex as this hmm you know moving fast and breaking things not opes just doesn't immunity you can there's there's too many things going on there and we need to be patient needs just you know work out what these bugs are and kind of refined that product and somebody gave me this this this face and I really love like do you want it done right now oh do you want it done right exactly no exactly yes exactly so let's be patient let's give our devs some time to really work things out we have a new product manager now who is helping like really helping coordinate all the different products I mean there's a web app there's iOS there's Android you know there's a lot of things we're not there's a back-end of course so and we do listen to all the feedback and we are feeling this attitude through how support channels and our community channels we do absolutely funnel this feedback back to this absolutely improve the product yes so on reddit I mean I've seen so many threads out there with people yeah you know the community has been submitting bug reports and iOS or feature requests yeah feature requests as well we track everything and it goes straight to the backlog and we discuss this every week with the product team with the UX team to figure out what goes into the mix the next print exactly we know how valuable the feedback is from you in the community and all this thought up jog home yeah so there it is so yeah thank you guys for understanding what what the situation is with the product and I've seen the feedback as well so I really appreciate it so you have to stay tuned and just kind of bear with us on that yeah okay before we go one last thing we want to discuss and ring up is the parody multi-sig bug yeah messy situation yeah this has come up quite a lot on riot and on social and now we just want to make sure that you guys understand we are not affected in any way thank you for your concern but 10x we have never known a parody more treasure is safe we're good yeah we're good but of course we also hope that this situation gets resolved it's a lot of money and and I hope that you know eventually they come to a resolution that everybody's fine with so that's it
