I am Pavel Kuznetsov, the founder of the TerraMiner project, a mathematician and a mining expert. In this letter I will continue to unravel the intricacies and talk about the news of our project.
Our plans
We have discussed and adopted a 3 year development plan, and our team is already working on its implementation.
The main question is, whether or not the government will adopt a positive stance on mining, for which we are looking to the Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance for their decision.
