This is the heart-stopping moment an adrenaline junkie risked his life by doing a handstand on the edge of a building.

Ice-topped buildings are a a severe safety risk at the best of times but this daredevil decided he was going to take it one step further.

The footage shows a huge vertical drop from the roof of the frozen building to the ground and one thrill-seeker can be seen hovering over the edge.

But this daredevil took it one step further by risking his life and hovering over the edge

The stunt man managed to do a handstand on the slippery surface as onlookers filmed his trick

The man, dressed in a red hooded top covered by a white top, doing the handstand gradually rises his legs above his legs until he is nearly vertical.

Impressed onlookers can be seen videoing the stunt as the daredevil stays rigid holding up his entire body weight.

In one nail-biting moment the hooded man sweeps his legs back to the ground.

Once his two feet are firmly back on the floor the adrenaline junkie celebrates with a somersault.
