Interesting point of view. It is hard to tell nations or people's attitudes since individuals have different ideas and political views. I can't say muslims directly hate America, but majority thinks America is not there for democracy and is hardly an ally.
And the main point of the article is clear and makes sense. War against relatively tiny terrorist groups has resulted millions of people's misery and that misery eventually caused more radicalism in that area. It's like a vicious circle.

Thank you. I know many really good Muslims and I know many US Muslims do want democracy, but I agree on the whole. Muslims are striving to follow their idea of God, in the main, but have been misled, from my perspective, of course.
