As of today (21-12-2017), there are only two tesla owners in India. The first one being Mr.Prashant Ruia, a Mumbai based industrialist, businessman and CEO of Essar group. Several pictures of his blue Tesla model X went viral over the internet around the first week of December.
You might get amazed on knowing that the second owner of a tesla car, which is again a Model X, is actor Riteish Deshmukh. What is more amazing is that his wife Genelia D'Souza gifted him the red Tesla Model X on his 40th birthday. Riteish himself tweeted about this, the next day, thanking his wife for her gift.
