I never looked into it. Bill Hicks was glorious, even if Goat Boy went a little too far for sharing with some audiences, and Alex Jones is a dipshit.
Now you've brought them up, I was curious and went and looked up when they were both born. The always truthful (Ha!) wikipedia says Hicks was born in 1961 and Jones was born in 1974 (it does seem really hard to believe he is that young) so there's a little gap there. I've never looked into it, is that something people say? That Jones looks so old because he was really born in '61?
Say I'm in denial but I'll not believe that character Alex Jones could ever be Bill Hicks. Have you seen much of Bill's shows and the interviews with him?
But I can totally see why "they" would want to tarnish Bill's name and image by associating him with that boob.
As far as the lines on their foreheads, I would guess photoshop might be involved. I don't put much stock in pictures.

Now I don't know this ODD Reality guy beyond hearing Jeff, @fakenewsreport, talk about him every now and again, so right there you might say I'm biased. I've been following Jeff's work for years and respect his opinion. He just brought up ODD Reality in his Q&A show the other day. About 3 hours in. So the video being from him might have turned me further from the idea right from the start.
As much as maybe I can see it, I also don't see it.
Looking into the matter a little (was it in that video?) I've gotten to see AJ with his shirt off (I'll never forgive you) and have looked at his face more than ever and I can see 44 I think. I'm considering people of that body type I know in their early 40s, and while I never would have guessed it, I can see it being possible.
If I had to weigh in right now on the matter I'd have to say I don't think they are the same person. Of course, I haven't seen the video you mention in the post on your website "Is Alex Jones really Bill Hicks? Not convinced? – Now watch this video: alex jones is bill hicks". The link does not take me to a video. It takes me to another of your articles.

I'm still of the same mind about the subject. Is there another video or information out there that doesn't come from a guy that, I hear, ran a 24/7 flat earth broadcast for a time? He came up, and the Bill Hicks/AJ topic was discussed, during Jeff's latest show.

Teeth are like fingerprints and they have identical teeth, so even if they didn't already seem like the same guy anyway, the teeth seal the deal!

It's hard finding really good info on either Hicks or McCartney because they are both very deep psyops and most of what's online is all part of that. Including any association with flat earth bullshit. But to a non American eye Hicks and Jones were pretty much the same personality to start with anyway so it's no great stretch. The McCartney swap was vastly more cunning. (but do they even look like the same guy to you?)

Jeff does do the long shows sometimes but I like it. I like him. I think he's one of the good ones. And I appreciate the opportunity to listen to people that I can identify with. It's a crazy world out there right now! I tend to watch Jeff's longer shows in chunks. I don't get many stretches of video time like that so I break it up. I did listen live for a while to this latest show. I'm trying to make it happen to be on his "and friends" show one of these evenings .
I have done no research into the McCartney thing, though I have heard of it, but I'd say those pictures there are of two different people.

Do we have images for young AJ and his teeth? I was looking briefly at pictures of him when he was younger (you see what you've done?) and now I doubt the Bill Hicks thing even more. I don't think I've seen his young teeth. I was curious to see because people get new teeth/braces, especially, I imagine, if embarking on a psyop like this.
