Biceps&Forearm muscle 20kg ✅️

Rear shoulder 25kg ✅️

Chest 40kg ✅️

Shoulder press 20kg ✅️

Bench press assist 40kg ✅️

Pull-up 1 time

Tmr, I'll use Rear shoulder, Shoulder press and Bench press assist machines with the increased resistance level.

Today, I rode a bicycle, and burned 400kcal. I wanna burn more than 1,000kcal. But, it's difficult to me.
