Shoulder press 20kg ✅️

Bench press assist 40kg ✅️

M torture seated row 35kg

My plan is to decrease my fat ratio less than 15% before June. I wanna take profile pictures with my nice body. I need to effort more 💪

I'll keep trying to avoid junk food 🚮
