Weightloss is 10% your workout and 90% what you eat. I've lost 15kgs in the last year by making small dietary changes that caused me to gain weight. All this while not working out at all. Right now is when I'm incorporating exercise to stay healthy. You need both for ultimal health, a good diet and exercise.
