สติคือสิ่งสำคัญที่เราควรมี เพราะถ้าขาดสติ เรื่องไม่ทุกข์เราก็ทุกข์ได้ แต่ถ้ามีสติเรื่องไม่น่าสุขเราก็สุขได้
