นักเรียน ครู และการผ่าท่านอาจารย์ใหญ่ครั้งแรก - Rangsit university trip [TH/ENG]

สวัสดีครับเพื่อนชาว steemit ผมชื่อ เก่ง ครับ @imkittikorn เป็นคุณครูสอนนักเรียนอยู่แถวปทุมธานีครับ วันนี้มีโอกาสได้พานักเรียนไปฝึกปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์ ที่มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต
Hi guys Steemit users, I am Keng @imkittikorn who is a teacher in Pathumthani province. Today I have an oppotunity to bring my students to do workshop about science at Rangsit university.

หนึ่งปฏิบัติการที่ได้พาเด็ก ๆ ทำ คือ การผ่าอาจารย์ใหญ่ เพื่อศึกษากายวิภาคศาสตร์ครับ ตอนแรกผมก็กล้า ๆ กลัว ๆ ครับ เพราะนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่จะได้เจออาจารย์ใหญ่ครับ แต่พอเข้ามาในห้องแลปแล้วเจออาจารย์ใหญ่นอนเรียงกันอยู่ประมาณ 10 ท่านครับ บางท่านคว่ำหน้า บางท่านหงายหน้า แล้วก็เจอเครื่องมือสำหรับผ่าครับ มีหลายอย่างที่ค่อนข้างหน้ากลัวเหมือนในหนังเลยครับ ทั้งเครื่องตัด เครื่องถ่าง อุปกรณ์ตัดกระดูก แต่พอเข้ามานาน ๆ ก็เริ่มชินครับ
One of the interesting laboratory is the operating the dead body for study anatomy. At the first moment, I am so scared because this is my experience to do something with the dead man. I found the ten mans on the sickbed some stay with posterior side and some is anterior side. Moreover. I met a lot of tools to anatomize the body, It like a movies such as a giant hammers, a big scissor and many more.

ระหว่างนั้นก็จะมีวิทยากรอธิบายสรีรต่าง ๆ ของร่างกายมนุษย์ที่ถูกแยกออกมาเป็นส่วน ๆ ครับ เพื่อให้เด็กเข้าใจง่ายมากขึ้น อาจารย์ใหญ่หนึ่งท่านสามารถเก็บไว้ศึกษาได้นานถึง 5 ปีครับ หลังจากนั้นแล้วร่างกายจะเริ่มเป็นสีดำและเริ่มสังเกตได้ยากครับ
After that, The lecturer explained about the various organs inside human body that is bring out to eazy to study. One dead body can learn for 5 years after that the colour will change to black and difficult to see.

จากนั้นเด็กได้ลงมือผ่าส่วนของแขนอาจารย์ใหญ่กันแล้วครับ ได้ศึกษากล้ามเนื้อและเส้นประสาทตามแขน ขั้นตอนการผ่าค่อนข้างลำบากครับ เพราะระหว่างกล้ามเนื้อกับหนังของเราจะมีไขมันอยู่ เราต้องกำจัดไขมันออกให้หมดจึงจะเห็นกล้ามเนื้อชัด ๆ ถ้าไม่มืออาชีพจริง ๆ ก็อาจจะเผลอเอาเส้นประสาทสำคัญ ๆ ออกไปได้ครับ เพราะมันสีเหมือนกันมากจริง ๆ หลังจากผ่าเสร็จก็ได้ขมาอาจารย์ใหญ่กันเป็นที่เรียบร้อยครับ
Then, the learners operated the arm part and study many muscles and nerves. The process about surgery is quit complicated because The layer between epidermis and muscle is adipose layer. We have to remove the layer before do other things. If you are not a professional, you will cut the nerves out because the colour of lipid layer and the nerves is too similar. When we finish that we go to apologize those dead bodies. In Thailand we call them “Arjanyai or great teacher” because they sacrificed their body for education.
