สวัสดีค่ะ วันนี้วันพฤหัส ร้านอนัตตา ยินดีต้อนรับลูกค้าทุกท่านค่ะ วันนี้ อ้อม มีเมนูที่จะมานำเสนอในวันนี้คือ แกงเขียวหวานไก่ ทำง่ายกว่าที่คิดสูตรง่ายๆค่ะ

วัตถุดิบและส่วนผสม
🌶ปีกกลางไก่ 200 กรัม
🌶ตีนไก่ ตามชอบ
🌶เลือดไก่ 1 ก้อน
🌶มะเขือเปาะ 2 ลูก
🌶มะเขือพวง 50 กรัม
🌶เครื่องแกงเขียวหวาน 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
🌶กระปิ 1 ช้อนชา
🌶กระทิ 500 กรัม
🌶พริกชี้ฟ้าเขียวแดง 1 ถึง 2 ดอก
🌶ใบโหระพา 7 ยอด
🌶แครอทเพื่อตกแต่งนิดหน่อย
🌶ข้าวโพดอ่อน เพื่อตกแต่งนิดหน่อย
🌶มะเขือยาว ตามชอบ
🌶น้ำตาลปี๊บ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
🌶น้ำปลา 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
🌶ผงคนอร์ 2 ช้อนชา
👸และที่สำคัญนางเอกของงานที่ขาดไม่ได้พริกเครื่องแกงเขียวหวาน อันนี้ซื้อมาค่ะ
วิธีทำ
นำภาชนะตั้งไฟใช้ไฟปานกลางค่อนข้างไปทางอ่อนนะคะ
ใส่หางกะทิลงไปไม่ต้องรอให้เดือด ใส่กะปิลงไป
จากนั้นใส่เครื่องเขียวหวานลงไป
คนๆให้เข้ากัน ให้พริกแกงละลายเข้ากับหางกะทิรอให้เดือดปุ๊บ
จากนั้นนำตีนไก่ใส่ลงไป
ตามด้วยปีกกลางไก่ ใส่ลงไป
ต้องใส่ไก่ลงไปเสร็จแล้ว ตามด้วยผัก มะเขือเปราะ มะเขือยาว อันนี้ต้องให้จมน้ำแกงนะคะไม่นั้นเดี๋ยวจะดำ พยายามกดให้จม555+ รอจนเดือดอีกครั้ง
ทิ้งระยะให้เดือดจนไก่สุก
ตามด้วยพริกชี้ฟ้าใบโหระพาแครอท และเครื่องปรุง ดังต่อไปนี้ ซอสหอ คนอร์ปรุงรส น้ำปลา
น้ำตาลปี๊บ หรือน้ำตาลมะพร้าว
ขั้นตอนสุดท้ายใส่เลือดไก่ลงไปค่ะ
เสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วค่ะแกงเขียวหวานไก่ ตักใส่ถ้วยพร้อมเสิร์ฟรับประทาน
ทานกับขนมจีนก็อร่อยค่ะ หรือข้าวสวยร้อนๆก็อร่อยเช่นกัน
เมนูนี้ ชาวต่างชาติชอบสั่ง ทานกับโรตีอร่อยที่สุด
หน้าตาพอใช้ไหมคะแกงเขียวหวานกับ วิธี การ ทำ
