Pad Thai is simply delicious. Pad Thai with a beer is paradise. I should go ahead and put that on a t-shirt and open a Thai restaurant in Los Angeles. I don't run into too many places that screw up pad Thai and today was no different. My shrimp pad Thai was great for the size of shrimp. I've been living in Thailand so long that I'm probably spoiled now when it comes to tiger prawns but grateful for today's meal nonetheless.
