A part of our meal was outside and we brought back the ultimate Thai lunch for the rest of the family back home. Which are Thai BBQ chicken and pla-ra chili dip. For those new to Thai food, pla-ra is the Thai fermented fish that definitely an acquired taste.

The standout for Thais is the pla-ra chili and it's magnificently unique acquired taste. This type of combination of Thai BBQ chicken & some type of a chili dip would be eaten with sticky rice. You can eat it with regular jasmine rice too, just normally sticky rice is the rice of choice when it comes the chicken and chili dip together.

There's always som tham with this, and that comes with an assortment of vegetables on the side, to get fiber from. Thai BBQ chicken and sticky rice is a super Bangkok classic lunch for me.
Hey bro,,,, My saliva comes to see your BBQ chicken :) . Do you know we like ( as a Bangladeshi) so much spicy in BBQ. I don know, your BBQ spicy or not . But Its looks like spicy. That means it must be testy. Thanks for sharing
