Oh my! This is exactly like my country Philippines! These scenarios are just so common everywhere within our communities. I can go on with my list of unsafety habits my fellow Filipinos are practicing. We have a lot of laws yet these are not properly implemented. But this doesn't mean I am anti government. I understand that for so many years, previous officials had not been doing their job well so it would be understandable that the people are already immune to these twisted mentality. What I can do now along with my fellow citizens is to support the present government. Push the officials to do their job and improve our country. It is also our duty to support them because they cannot do it alone. :)
