Well when you're writing whatever you feel like if that's nothing then you don't need to write anything yourself :) Maybe if you can drop comments and/or strike up conversations around the place it might put you back into a writing mood? I have no idea how you work so throwing out random things that you've probably heard/tried before XD
I usually compose something stemming from how I feel at the time, so when I'm tired or busy, I don't tend to get much done.
