Today was a great day, I know you want to see all the food I ate but by now you have probably seen enough so you will only get the pie! ; )
It is a good looking pie and I cant wait to try it, the bottom is gram cracker crust and about an inch of pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon and the top is chocolate mouse.
