But, I've not worked out today. Before going to the party, I'll lightly work out for 1~2 hours. I hope I enjoy the party and make small talks well 🙏

Recently, I've not measured body fat ratio. I assume it's around 16% again.. I've been busy.

Anyways, someone told me turkey's taste is not much good than expected. Hmm.. but I'm pretty looking forward to the dinner. I tend to expect everything lol
