Pumpkin Pie

I made a practice drawing today and I chose a pumpkin pie out of the other options which are drinks mostly. I want to challenge myself to create a quick drawing using one simple drawing brush. Simple does not necessarily mean easy to draw. The effort is just the same with that of a detailed work. You are holding off in adding more details when you create something that looks effortless and simple and that is not an easy thing to do on the contrary. On this drawing I had to change the background from white to dark gray and finally to this medium gray.
