My Thanksgiving bird made Thai style. It was delicious and a hit with those that had the pleasure of enjoying it. I like duck rather than turkey however I tasted a turkey cooked with honey and butter. That turkey was moist and yummy. I think I may get in the kitchen this Christmas and try it out. One thing I do know butter makes everything taste good.
