Thanksgiving (in April) Challenge - What Are You Grateful For?

Thank you, @gracefavour for nominating me to do this challenge, in which participants are to:

Name three things for which they are grateful/ thankful; then nominate three fellow Steemians to participate in the challenge.

So... Here are my "Three Things:"

Number one (these don't happen to be in any particular order, fyi): This might be kind of an obvious one/ or "cop-out," but... truly, I'd really have to say I am thankful for this platform right here: Steemit itself. I get so much enjoyment and entertainment from this place--from the Freewrites put on by @mariannewest, to the amazing artists and musicians... This place is pretty damn cool. The people here tend to be quite helpful, and it is somewhere I come to get a sense of camaraderie.

Second: My family. Especially my mother and step-dad. They have really helped me out in the past little while, and I wouldn't be where I am without them. (This picture is not my actual family: we are not that good-looking. But I thought I'd use it anyway because I like the picture, and that guy's got a cool hoodie.) Thanks, guys!

Third: I am grateful for my freedom. In other words, I'm not in jail or prison; I'm not in any kind of situation in which I am being forced, beyond my immediate will, to say or do anything; I can pretty much do whatever I want. And a lot of that is personal choice. Basically, I'm thankful for the ability to be able to freely choose projects, and to have both the wherewithal and the desire to follow-through and participate in them. If that makes sense. ;)

That concludes my blathering. Here comes the fun part!! (viz., roping some other poor, unsuspecting Steemian into the mix...) . And for that, I will choose, @terminallyill, @bennettitalia, and ... @lynncoyle1!! Alright guys, I know you all have GINAbot so I know you'll see this--so no trying to weasel out. Just kidding. No pressure. (You ungrateful, SOBs.... ;).

Alright, guys, thanks again, @gracefavour, for helping to remind me of remaining grateful for what I have. It really is important!
