The Curating Guild are wasting yours Upvotes.
Proof/Evidence in hand now.
Do we still need this sort of Upvotes Services?
Who ever holding yours keys are abusing this upvotes.
I was ask to edited the Title , even I do have evidences , I will let you guy sort the matter out, You know who you are
@bullionstackers, we've been friends a long time and I appreciate your contribution. In this instance, you've pulled the trigger too fast without proper investigation.
First, every curation effort makes mistakes. I don't know if one was made here or not. It's possible.
Second, I've been working closely with @instructor2121 on the SteemTrail project. Curation is pursued vigorously. All our documentation on the process is available for anyone to look over. Still, sometimes something slips through the cracks. I'm not aware that it happened here, but refer to "First".
Third, if you're going to accuse someone, you should make some effort to discuss this with them first. Shooting first and asking questions later is the practice of a banana republic. We expect more from friends and respected members here.
Fourth, even groundless accusations can damage reputations. We've seen a rash of this with irresponsible accusations of both Curie and Steem Voter recently. Are either of them blameless? Maybe not. But the drama far exceeded any clear mistakes made. And never was it proven that anything untoward was being done on purpose.
Fifth, I follow the SteemTrail voting with my account and do not see that my vote was used on the linked posts. Not sure what to make of that other than that it never happened. It's possible that the vote was retracted too.
Sixth, I respectfully request that you delete the title of this post as well as any accusations toward SteemTrail in the body until you have spoken to @instructor2121 about this. He's a great guy and will listen to your concerns thoughtfully.
Seventh, SteemTrail doesn't hold anyone's keys. The trail is in Streemian.

I do have the Evidences.
No I don't Pull The Trigger Fast. I know when I see one.
I know where this Upvotes comes from. Because I do have Outsource that informed me.
Have been a few night now, doing Full Investigation. I know which accounts comes from which Curation Trails.
I removed Title as per request. But that doesn't mean I will stop my investigation.
This Curations Trails actually , Make #steemit looking very bad.

That's an entirely subjective perspective. The fact is, curation guilds/trails are a part of Steemit now. We can either fight a tidal wave that we'll never win against, or we can do what we can to make it work better. I've opted for the latter.
Curie helps provide votes for new members. This is important and very helpful to the system, as it encourages new members and redistributes much of the lopsidedness that folks complain about. They do not get your keys. It's all above board. Check them out in Steemit.chat.
Robinhood Whale is very similar, with some unique differences. Check them out in Steemit.chat.
SteemVoter is a service. Yes, you give your voting key. They trade their service for a vote a day. Take it or leave it. There's nothing hidden about it.
SteemTrail votes on various articles submitted by curators of specific topical trails. You can see it all in the server (linked below). This service helps promote the better content, regardless of popularity. And the new TRAIL coin rewards participants and authors irrespective of their popularity or Steem Power. This too helps to level out the reward system, since the in-house one is proportionate to SP.
That post was pretty old, which is a factor. And, again, you didn't speak with the accused before making accusations. But we more than welcome your investigation.
I'd love to help by providing all the information I can. Here's the SteemTrail Discord server. Please hop in and check out all we're doing. You can find our documentation in the pinned posts in the #steemtrail channel.
Again, SteemTrail does not hold keys of their followers. Our trail is in Streemian. It's completely voluntary. Followers can opt out when they want and we have no power to opt them out. They can choose to follow just post votes or both post votes and comment votes. If they disagree with the voting, they can choose a different operator. The only possibility of abuse would be if we voted for something outside what we've promoted.
It's also worth noting that SteemTrail has matured quite a bit over the past couple of months. Voting criteria and practices have been defined more clearly and have become far more consistent. Please look at our recent voting practices for evidence.
All of this is clear in our documentation, as well as in the practice of the project overall. Feel free to ask questions in the #ask-rick-and-joe channel. We'll do all we can to help you understand the project better. You still might disagree, since you're against voting trails/guilds anyway. But at least you'll have a more informed disagreement.

I don't Joe.
Nothing to do with me. I am not against anyone here.
Anyway Thanks for the info. I will ping you first for your consultation first. I have better things to do than wasting my time. This voluntary work doesn't pay. Maybe I should take Bribes.
But this is not me.
I stand for Justice. This community need someone impartial. That's me.

I don't see the abuse. I mean these services do get to use some of your votes, everyone agreed to it when they signed up. Aren't you going a bit far? I am glad you look out for people, and I take your claims seriously, so all I ask is that you be very certain...

That account is one which anyone can sign into and do stuff with, in fact I could sign into it if I wanted. The votes were for the post before someone went and deleted the content. You can find what the post originally said if you look back through on steemd.
So I did look at the link, I don't see any abuse. If anything the person who deleted the post was the abusor, but since anyone can use that accoint, there is no way to know who it was.

Plenty of people read, I do. How else would I have commented on your post? Automated voting serves to allow people to support authors they know and like, that they read but may miss some posts due to lack of time to be on steemit 24/7. Do people abuse the systems? Sure. Yet they do have a legitimate use. Don't get too worked up about it all, this community has shown time and time again the ability to see an issue and make changes. If there are problems here with the voting services then the community will deal with them as we have everything else, democratically and together.

You just go to the user, and look back for where they first authored the post. You can use that to see any iteration of a post. It's all stores forever on the block chain.
You can click the little blue icon in the top left of the post on steemd and even see the actual post and it's formatting.
This applies to anybody and any post. There is no such thing as deleted on steemit.

Perfect. Thank you so much! This helps immensely...Now I can at least formulate my own opinion. haha
It also lets me know that @bullionstackers obviously downvoted/flagged a post that was portraying the same idea that he is trying to portray. This is why it was all so confusing to me.

Ok, so I have a general idea of what you are saying, my problem is that you said that you have "proof/evidence in hand", but the proof that you have provided, has been deleted. So can you explain to us what you read in that post before it was deleted, that gave you this evidence?

If you are going to read someone's posts I would suggest reading more than 1 of the same type before getting butt hurt.
This account and user is probably one of the best in all of Steemit, and you just made yourself look like a child. All while blasting an honorable member of the community.
Like my mother used to say, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
Maybe I should of done the same, but hey who knows. At least I am sticking up for someone who I believe to be good, wise, and selfless of their time here on Steemit.

Look man, I'm not putting anyone on blast, nor am I butthurt by any means.
@bullionstackers seems like a good guy and he has a lot of fun posts along with great photos...but this particular post has no foundation. How do you think a post like this looks to people who are just starting out here?
I have read all of the other posts by multiple other honorable members on this subject, including @bullionstackers previous post. (whether his was the first or not, I have no idea) I do get the gist of what is happening, or at least what everyone feels is happening. I'm concerned and curious, as are many others, so I clicked on this post that claims to have "proof/evidence in hand" - but the links that are provided have both been deleted. Not only that, but @bullionstackers had flagged the post in the link he shared. None of that makes sense - why would you flag a post that is claimed to have evidence?! Maybe it was an accident, I don't know.
Maybe by reading my confused responses, you jumped to the conclusion that I was putting @bullionstackers, (whom I agree is an honorable member of the community) on blast and "making myself look like a child" and then became butthurt, yourself...Just a thought.
I apologize that my comments seemed like I was putting him on blast, and I'm sorry you looked past the obvious reasons that I posted them and decided to instead believe that I was just being a dickweed.
When I read "whistle blowing" facts, I want clearly stated facts - moreover, if it is stated that there is "proof/evidence in hand", I want to see that proof...if that "proof" was deleted, I would like at least somewhat of an explanation as to what that "proof" contained, so I can formulate an opinion about it. Does that make more sense to you, now?

Woah, I obviously pissed you off. I don't want to read a wall of pissed of text so I am just going to say it isn't a big deal man. Just don't post negative things on positive people's posts, especially when they are a huge help to the community here on steemit.
I was confused on how you were meaning what you wrote by the way, it is obvious you care about this community and respect the users like @bullionstackers, my apologies for jumping to conclusions.

I looked at both...What I am saying is that the title is:
That title sounds to me like they were already whistleblowing on the matter...but then you downvoted it. Which would mean that you downvoted a link that was already letting people know what is (possibly) happening.
I'm really NOT trying to sound like an asshole, like @timbo has assumed that I am, I'm simply trying to understand what this post is about - because at the moment, it makes no sense.
EDIT: The link to the post you provided was under the "whistleblowing" tag...the tag still shows in the first link you posted. Are you seeing what I'm saying now?
