Yes I feel a few features are critical before many users feel at home including notifications and a way to see the feeds of only your favorite posters. That being said, for a beta product this has far exceeded my expectations. The curation needs some tweaking and users should be limited in the amount of posts until they reach certain levels of steem power, but I'm sure the devs are working hard and improvements will soon be rolled out. #cantwait

Ben, I agree that Steemit could use some improvements, but for the most part it is a phenomenal new site. It is a game changer. It has put twitter, facebook, instagram and other social media on notice.

For sure! I'm totally okay with the devs making money to and the whales. They keep this site ad free and you don't see Zuckerberg giving any money to its users. It will be interesting what demographic is that dominates the user base and what content people value the most in the future. I have read some really entertaining blogs and stories from users who are using this platform to educate and make money at the same time instead of just attempting for the latter
