I'm sure many of you have noticed a certain new curation account floating around the homesteading, gardening, and other inspiring earth-centered content sections...

Why yes! You have! I have wanted to retain anonymity for the first little bit to see what people thought of it without it being attached to our name.

(Sorry I "snuck" around a little feigning anonymity! I really wanted to see what people would say about the raw idea!)

Happy to say, it seemed pretty well received!

Our reason for doing this is that

• There are just so many wonderful posts! and I can't resteem them all!
• I also wanted to have a page that anyone on Steemit could follow who may not follow all of the wonderful earth-centered writers.. Of course they can check the tag, but what if I...
• Put many of the MOST practical, inspiring, wise, knowledge-ridden posts In One Place...

But mainly...

I want to boost you!

We all know of the various curation accounts, but there isn't one directly related to earth-based skills and knowledge.

I felt called to change that!

As I gain more SP, I plan on delegating some to the account so that the upvotes are noticeable and more people start using the tag #the-hearth.

RESTEEMING Earth-centered Posts

Let's be real: We are on a mission to share the good earth-centered news with everyone we can! We love our connection with the earth and want to Share that with thousands of people to INSPIRE, EDUCATE, INFORM!

Goals:

A weekly curation of the top posts of the week.

Perhaps eventually we will do a podcast interviewing some of the people that we curate. Wouldn't that be cool?!

This is totally a new and evolving idea, so if you have any suggestions, tips, feedbacks for improvements or ways it could be more practical and functional, please say so!

I really want this to be A SERVICE to you all, the beautiful, wonderful homesteaders, gardeners, rainbow warriors, creators of a new earth, inspirational writers, photographers, wildcrafters, farmers, 4-H'ers, hunters, visionaries, dreamers, children of pachamama, poets.... all of you who:

• Write so hard

• Create such fantastic content that needs a better audience....

• Pour your heart into your visions that you're overflowing onto Steemit

• Share such practical, timely advice that I SO want the majority of people on Steemit to see daily...

So please leave your suggestions below as to how we can get this page into the eyes of more Steemians. If you're a person with some SP to delegate, consider delegating it to @the-hearth. With a bigger upvote, we'll be able to attract more Steemians to use the tag and with more people using the tag, more people will follow the account and your posts will get seen more!
