All About The Ex Factor Review

Marriage can be a wonderful thing, but wedlock isn’t for everyone. If you have been in a relationship with someone for a long time who is no longer compatible with you, maybe it’s time to consider the ex-factor.

The allure of the ex-factor is powerful and hard to resist. You might feel like your partner was your only “true love” and that there is nothing out there for you anymore after they broke up with you. After a breakup, you may be selective about who you see, if you see anyone at all. Maybe you go out less often and decide not to go to parties for dates after a breakup.

There may be a few breaks in your life following a breakup: your emotional and physical health, your social life, and even the clothes you wear. If you are thinking about the ex-factor, take a look at yourself. It may be time to get yourself back on track.

What are the signs of the ex-factor? Here are some ways to recognize when you should consider it.

  1. You feel depressed after every break up with someone who used to love you intensely. because it might feel like a date. Going to a party for singles will feel like a sad re-living of your past.

  2. You don’t think about the future anymore because you no longer believe in it. Your friends and family may try to cheer you up by talking about plans that they have made, trips they want to take, or exciting ideas that they will be pursuing in the future, but this may make you feel worse because you fear that there is no place for you in your friend’s future. It makes you sad and angry when people talk about what lies ahead in their lives and yours feels like it’s over.

  3. You are no longer sure what you want. If you are just an extra pair of hands for your ex-partner, then it might be time to consider the ex-factor. You might feel like you had someone to share everything with, but there is now a big hole in your life that leaves you feeling depressed and hopeless because you don’t know anything about who will fill that space now that your lover is gone.

  4. Your friends and family miss the old you, but they don’t recognize the new one anymore. Maybe they just don’t know the new you because you used to be very shy and reserved. They will try to bring you out of your shell, but it isn’t working. You might feel like a stranger and alienated from the people who used to love you.

  5. You can’t imagine yourself with anyone else except for your ex-lover. Maybe it would be nice to meet someone else, but you don’t want anything to happen to your relationship with your lover because all of the memories are still there and give meaning to your life.

In addition, when your relationship ended it can also negatively impact your self-esteem. You might lose interest in dating completely or even choose not to date at all. Eventually, though, this will pass and you will get back into the swing of things and return to normal activities and habits such as going out and socializing with friends, and having fun.
