I had also made team post in past days but I'm here this this to make this official finally i have gathered all of my teammates and decided how we will be working in season 2 together
Main purpose
We will be working together towards to progress for bringing more new users to steem platform. Basically on the "Recruitment and Retention" we will also be encouraging users to stay on the platform by upvotes and valuable comment not just "our" invited friends but everyone as a whole.
how we would perform?
I have created a new account @teamspiritindia to make all the announcements during season 2. As I'm leading my team i will be publishing some weekly reports with my @teamspiritindia showing all the progress made by my US.
Another plan is we will motivate our newly invited friends to use the #teamspiritindia in their diary entries. This way we will be able to track all these newbies easily and support them in best possible way.

I have not power down since long time and I'll keep building here. I'm collecting funds to purchase a new laptop to work more efficiently on Steem. I only withdrawal the SBD i receive and that's enough for me. I have 2200 steem Power now plus delegation from @steemcurator01

Conclusion is we posted regular diary entry in season 1 now in season 2 we will be even more focused with #Spirit and gona rock and roll in season 2! #teamspiritindia
