First of all sorry guys I didn't get time on yesterday due to this I didn't wrote anything 🥺🥺
Now I am sharing my regular days like daily routine type :-
Session 1:- Good Morning 🌄☀️
Around 7 AM I went to nearest park around my area and did regular exercise and yoga like Walking, Running, Exercise,Some heavy exercise etc.
After workout I return back to home and took bath and have healthy food and then I took A small nap.
Session 2:- Good Afternoon
After Small nap I again went to park because today is friendship day. So all my friend came together and we did some random talk as usual and then we ordered foods and had lunch inside the park. Today we were so happy,we enjoyed a lot today because all friends come and meet after long time😁😁😇😊
Session 3:- Good Evening🌇🌇
At 6 PM I went to park for my Evening walk. Daily I set my goals to walk 10k steps and I achieved my goal.
Session 4:-
Around 8 PM I returned back to home after completing my task. I fresh up and took rest like wondering social media platforms and all time consuming applications after that I had my dinner and now I am going for bedtime. Bye for the day😇😇✌️

@rohit8898 walking and running is also a part of exercise and you also do these exercise. After exercise we also feel fresh. You may add running in your regular routine because it's good for health.
