What explanations ? 1 100 votes is worth $3. Steemit inc. gets 1,50 $ of the curation share.
Well, I certainly don't work for those kind of money. When I work, I get $100 and more an hour.
I do this out of conviction because I think Steem is good. Certainly not for money.
Why don't you set something up yourself? It's a possibility for everyone here. Why are you looking for the hair in the soup that doesn't exist?
I agree with you that steemit should be delegating directly to the curators instead of setting up these accounts, you should get the curation reward if you are putting the work in.
I'm just pointing out that in the steemit post they said ideally you shouldn't be voting on your own posts and yet I see at least 3 votes on posts the belong to accounts you own.

The NesoMi account is managed by an editor from the charity and he receives all the income. The curators account since 2 years by several curators. You know that I don't get a cent of curation on my delegation that is there ? In the inn the hosts should always change which then of course also receive the payout. If you say so, I own 200 accounts that I or the GSB have claimed.
What matters is whether I make money on an account and I make nothing. And I don't need those few cents.
This is the last time I'm souring on this.

You, as well as anyone can come to the inn today to have fun together. And everyone will get a few cents reward for writing.
Get familiar with the system first and then denounce others publicly and destroy their good reputation. You don't do something like that if you are not sure and have no idea about what is going on !
