The Three Questions
After scouring the steemiverse, I finally found the place where you apply to join The Alliance! They have three questions that you need to answer before they consider you to join the family. So here it is:
Question 1: Where did you find us?
Well I found you by going through @thealliance posts, after @shadowspub told me to go look there! I've heard about you from many people!
Question 2: Why do you want to be here?
I want people to read my posts! It's easy to get upvotes, not so easy to actually find readers. I have joined many communities, most of them don't serve any purpose. Most of them are filled with vote beggars, but you guys seem pretty legit. You seem focused on content, not just making money. I like that!
Question 3: Why would I be a valuable member?
I am a graphic designer/artist, meaning I make a living with content. Albeit commercial most of the time, and not suited for the steem blockchain. I am not the best writer there is, but how do you judge whether someone is the best anyway? I have the ability to make really good posts (in my opinion) and really bad posts (also my opinion). And it all depends on my mood. I have opinions. Lots of opinions. I am not afraid to say what I think. I have no problem with debate. I am not politically correct. I can be nice, or horrible. Depends on my mood. I try to post stuff that's at least entertaining to me. And if I had an engaged audience, I would try to entertain them too. I am open to criticism, though I find most people on steemit are too scared to give honest opinions. This kinda bugs me. I prefer honesty over being nice. All and all, I think I can contribute some meaningful stuff to your community. I am always happy to help, except when I'm busy with life, then I'll just say no. Mostly, I am here to have fun.
I hope to hear from you soon!
Regards
@stephanus
I feel this is a good application, although I am not one of the ones who reviews those who have applied.
Bravo and GOOD LUCK to you!

Glad to see your application, @stephanus. I have a design background as well, and opinions. lol! Though I keep some of them to myself. I prefer honesty, too. Was fun to see you at PYPT today. Also, your "serious" tag made me laugh. ;)
