This is my official application to become a member of #TheAlliance.

I have not clearly understood The Alliance yet so I will abstain from writing what they are as I have no clue at the moment because I am not a member.

Which ultimately leads to the first question I have to answer: "Where have you heard about the Alliance?".

My answer: I have heard about the Alliance about 2-3 months ago from @Reko, he asked me if I wanted to join but it didn't work and I don't know why, however, Reko and I are in good contact and we help each other.

I also see @c0ff33a, @Reko and @nainaztengra on a daily basis and they are all Alliance members. In other words: I see the alliance every day on my Steemitfeed & on Steemfollower as well.

The next question they want applicants to answer is: "Why do you want to join the alliance?".

My answer to that is: I want to be around inspirational people on Steemit, I feel like I am stuck on my current level on Steemit even tho I post twice per day and offer tremendous value to new Steemians with SteemSchool.

I learn more about Steemit 10 minutes per day and I simply know that I need to be in touch with the "big guys" here on Steemit to reach "the next level" here on Steem.

In a nutshell: I want to join because I want to learn more from the big guys and be around people that "already made it" with Steemit (aka can live from it and have reputations over 60).

I hope that I can like that reach the next level on Steem and become a part of the group that is in my face every day, The Alliance.

Why should the Alliance want me? (the 3rd question)

I will bring tremendous Steemit knowledge to the group, one just needs to take a look at my posts to see that. I offer 10-20 minute coaching for people who are members of the alliance if they really want it and if I think that they are worth it.

I usually charge money for that but for the Alliance, I will make an exception (only when I want to tho, but I will do it here and then).

Besides that, I am an Odinist, self-improvement every day is my modus operandi.

I lift weights 4 times per week, I read a 300-page book every week and I practice the religion of my ancestors.

So if someone is an Odinist or wants to get started on hardcore self-improvement to reach their goals I will gladly help them.

That is what I can offer the Alliance, I also said more in the Application video.

And that is my official application for the alliance.

Good luck Philip. You are right about seeking association with others that have reached a level higher than you have. In a sense it's like sport; if you've never competed with the best, it's tough to know what to improve upon.

Good gains Philips, your shoulders need to pop out but i have the exact same problem, stubborn shoulders, i guess i just need to put more weight on them, either they grow or they die!
Didn't know about this #thealliance group, maybe i should check them out... First i still need to become part of the Berserkers, i didn't forget the requirements for it!
300 page book every week!! unless i count college books i can't read that much every week.

Thank you Teuto, they are really stubborn it seems, I am improving tho, in July, when I switch up my plan I will find a way to torture them.

The Berserkers and the Alliance are not the same. The core activity of the Berserkers is self-improvement.

The Alliance is probably focused on Steemit success (I am not sure about that tho).

To become a member of the Berserkers you need to meet the following requirements:

To apply for membership you must do the following things:

Improve yourself every day.
Publish 1 excellent post per day on Steem for at least 14 days in a row.
Participate in the chat every day and write at least 5 sentences for at least 14 days in a row.

Accept the rules for members.
Read the book "Might is Right" by Ragnar Redbeard
Have a working microphone with which we can clearly understand you.
Not spam.
Not be invisible on this server.
Not lie.

Saving this, as soon as my classes end I'll start working on them, I always liked to self-improve myself, my only problem is other people getting in the way, with a group like Berserkers it will surely be easier!

You are a wonderful mentor on steemit, therefore if your application on Alliance is granted, I can guarantee that you will ad lot and lots of value to the alliance community.

Meanwhile your post and teaching on steemit is one of the best I came across since I joined this community. Thanks for the value that you always contributed.
