For new readers who would like to be acquainted with the rules of engagement should read the rules here.

Check below for some update on the rules of the contest above.

  1. There are now three winners, and each from first, second, and third would win a prize money of 10SBD, 8SBD, and 7SBD respectively.

  2. There now three scouts and finders fees are 2 SBD, 1.7 SBD, and 1.3 SBD for first, second and third winner's scout respectively.

  3. Do not nominate your posts, posts older than the date of the announcement and posts from authors with rep score of lower than 40.

A total of 15 posts were nominated by these people:

Out of the fifteen nominations, two were discarded as they are older than the post announcing the competition, one was disqualified as post owner nominated himself, plus another that was nominated with reputation number less than 40.

That left eleven posts that are legible for the contest.

Hello @onequality
Thanks for the opportunity to scout and bring smiles & rewards to content creators.

My first nomination is this post by @tezzmax. He started a series on teaching how to draw and make beautiful works of art. He recently added video presentations to make the learning process easy, this week he also made a video to teach us more and I believe it deserves this. This is the post

Art is harmony.

I'll edit for my second nomination.

I nominate @mrfelix for this https://steemit.com/books/@mrfelix/the-top-7-books-every-entrepreneur-and-startup-should-read.

It is amazing the effort he put in reading these books and recommending it for every entrepreneur and startup. I have started reading a couple of them, and I am really inspired. Thanks @mrfelix. I am doing this behind your back but i hope you win.

My best choice among the candidates talking of a quality post is @admiralsp, and I here by nominate @admiralsp. You have to check his blog out, he talks about one of the most troubling issues being faced by graduates or job seekers in his region which Curriculum Vitae. He does not explain how to design CV using adobe to design it which even makes it more innovative and in details. Without a good format of designing CV, you won't be granted interview let alone of getting an offer. He is indeed a genius at what he does using technology being a computer literate in his field.

I nominate @admiralsp with the below link
https://steemit.com/steemstem/@admiralsp/designing-a-resume-finishing-traditional

Reason as a student and hoping to be a graduate one day, the post clearly describe how to create a resume using Adobe Indesign and was done via a video format.

CV is as important as the main aptitude test when taking a job offer as it gives you a somewhat advantage over others when clearly formatted and your CV gives your very first impression to a potential employer.

I nominate @asaj for this post The Past: Lost Forever

Wow. I am humbled. Out of 15 entries I came first.

Thanks to @onos for nominating me, thanks to @onequality @thecentrestage for bringing up this kind of contest that rewards exceptional writers. I will also urge people to support this contest.

Thank You All

I nominate @murfie for this Post

I nominate @phunke on this post

I really enjoyed her ideas and her own unique way of promoting education for our kids' generation.

I nominate @annieben for this
