I HOPE

...... Hey Steemians .. kindly check out my first post... I got inspired to write this poem from a lover whose dear to my heart. she is traveling to another continent and that leaves my heart bleeding. I love her so much but i have to let her go. I hope she gets true love.......

I hope for the best for you even at times you expect the worst
Even times you feel all hope is lost like the prodigal son
Your joy will come back to you like a mother with a new baby
I hope you reach beyond the skies and glimpse the paintings of the heavens
And tell the moon how much stories she did miss while you were gone.

I hope you get to be with someone who is home and adventure
A kindred spirit to calm your soul yet drive you wild
I hope your heart settles with that soul
Who accepts all of you but pushes you to be all you've ever wanted and more
Someone who fights for love in the same crazy way I did.

I hope you live so old and stand tall like walls of China
And travel miles to make the acquaintance of the queen of England
To be free like a waving flag
I hope you get to have those cute baby twins
Happily calling mama and pulling your soft nose

I hope you get to live by the tail end of the sea,
With the breeze that makes the soft curls of your hair stand straight
The sea waves quietly but firmly calling you to them as the sun sets
As the creatures in the sky fly, whispering songs of joy
To your tender soft pierced ears.

I hope you blossom as the beautiful Garden of Eden
Planting each day with smiles and kisses
living your life and your dreams and never looking back
but never forgetting to remember who you left behind....
