Hey ,Hello everyone. How r u I hope all are doing good and enjoying in this pandemic. I am Deepak back with another day of diary game.so lets start .
MORNING.....
In the morning,I woke up little late around 6 o’clock. And the weather today was pleasant .
The birds our criping outside and . I went to my kitchen warm a water drink it .after that I do all my basic needs.n leave the house by 6.i walk one hour.after then I come back home by 7:30.i have some rest then went for my bath.
BRAKFAST….
Around 8:30 AM me and my family decided to have breakfast. It feels great when you spend time with your family specially on the dinning table. Also, breakfast was really good, my mother is a really good cook. I have some spourts .in my breakfast..
AFTERNOON….
In the afternoon after having breakfast.i and my all family decide to watch my cousin sister marriage video on my laptop.as Last year my sister was married. By watching it’s already its 11 am. As I have to go to the local market.
Then I went to medical store and purchase 1 gilloy juice,and tulsi.As it very important for all of us to drink and boost our immunity in this pandemic.
After coming I watched some current affairs video in you tube. By the time its lunch time i have my lunch and sleep for 1 hour.
Rice,dal,chapati,curd,and some salad.
EVENING….
After getting up I go n wash my face and went to bring some essential for my home .i went with my mother.
Then we come we wash our hands and sanitizes ourself well.then my mother gave me corn .
after chit chat of half hour .i went to my room for studing. It is little boaring now days due to this pandemic. I fell boaring ao I start playing game on my phone.By the time its 9 in my watch.After that I watch some videos in youtube.
Meanwhile its 10 my mother call me for dinner .as dinner was ready I eat my dinner with my family sitting together.As its is well said, that Once a day, all the family should sit together and eat food.
NIGHT….
After all the hectic day .shedule I felt exhausted at night I had dinner after dinner.
Milk and chapati
I go n take my phone from the charging point.as I my phone got discharge .and then go throuh my social media scrolling up n down on facebook n whatsup .i done some chat with my friend
After that I go to my bed laying I start writing my dairy on steemit.i felt very happy while writing my dairy.then by 11 I felt sleepy I go n sleep. This is all about my today dairy.
I hope my @teamsuccessindia have also written theirs dairies too.Till then stay healthy and keep your self safe.Thank you for readinf my dairy .Do support me and keep upvoting me .

You definitely have a healthy food regime. Taking sprouts in breakfast is what everyone must include, ideally a breakfast should be rich in protein.
Unless we have a vaccine for COVID-19, the best way out is to boost immunity and you are making sure to strengthen your immunity by taking "gilloy" and neem, tulsi juice. Giloy is a very easy plant and does not require much care. I would suggest growing "gilloy" at home, you can get fresh and purely organic(without any preservative) juice. Tulsi and Neem are also easily everywhere.
Corn is very cheap these days and being typical corn season, one should take as much as he/she can. Very good for health too. In the rainy season the smoked flavour of corn drives me crazy.
