THE DIARY GAME: 01, September 2020

Good morning to all steemit members. It’s September month now, the start of BER months and after 3 months the year end already.

Time flies so fast just like the blink of an eye. The only thing left was the memories past behind.

Hoping that we all surpassed all of the problem that arises this year and the remaining months to come in God’s grace and guidance.

Today’s weather was not good because of the typhoon effect on the Okinawa and Kyushu prefecture area.

I felt relieved that it was not approaching the other state of Japan but quite worried about the effect of its aftermath. Here in our place, as early in the morning the weather became cool where in fact it was so hot yesterday. Today was the start of autumn and the count down of ber month for Christmas celebration. Even though I was staying in Japan, my heart still longing for the customs that I was brought by my parents hence as a Christian too Christmas celebration were part of my well-being.

Today’s morning breakfast was this croissant I bought from the supermarket last night. While drinking my favorite coffee, I matched it with these pan spreading peanut butter before eating.

It was my work day today and before going to work I hurriedly washed our dishes and laundry clothes for I overslept and woke up at 9 am. The difference time for preparing was one hour only the reason why I really have to finished all my daily chores before going out of the house. Luckily, I made it on time.

Since it was Tuesday and the weather was not good too, only few customers visited our work place. I cleaned and vacuumed the floors and for the storage area, I arranged all the products in their opted place.

My obento dinner at work... curry and fried shredded cabbage with curry flavor.

I love to cook and make my own version of recipes. This shredded cabbage that I saw on Facebook page interested me to try it but since there was no chicken broth available at the house I invented its flavor by using the remaining curry in the fridge. The outcome was really tasty and good. You can try it if you like.

For the recipe we need the following:
1/4 cut shredded cabbage
1 egg beaten
2 spoonful flour or starch
Cooked curry or chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

For the preparation:
Just mix all the ingredients and fried in medium heat until golden brown then served with catsup as toppings.

After cleaning the storage room, I packed my things and prepared to go home.
