Compassion Triggers Kindness and Helpfulness

We often help people because they proactively asked for it. But the best kind of help is to instinctively do it without waiting for them to ask you for it.

As a senior ambassador on APPICS, I was able to see some newbies who are really active so I was really happy. But there were some things needed to be done like being verified. So I notified the team about the verification process that we have.

I would like to really acknowledge everyone's efforts both being here in TheDiaryGame and on APPICS!

As for my career, being a customer service representative, sometimes a technical support, we need to explain technical things to customers into simple sentences for them to understand the walk-through we provide them resolving their issues.

Whether we are in the Customer Service field or Technical Support, the common denominator that we should always have is the determination to help people resolve their concern and properly educate them all the things they should know. Customers are the backbone of every business so it is always a major rule that we always provide world-class customer service in a timely manner.

I am using my customer service skills in helping the newbies our and the ones who want to join the platform.

Most of the times, I hang out in the Telegram Channel of APPICS for to wait for people who would just ask how things work in the platform.

It really pays because I really getting the recognition I should get!

I love what's really happening with me now.
