A travelling soul makes a happy heart. A lighten mind comes from places we've left . And sometimes we keep coming back with so many reasons. We have been to places , we left and go and traced a mark that we grow.
Yes when I was younger , 30 years younger than today I am always excited to go to places. My first time is always the most exciting one. Yet I keep coming back to some of this places like Ormoc City.
Now I am not travelling alone but with my dear son Timothy.
I bought two tickets via Roble Shipping Lines a day before the schedule. The boat will leave Cebu Port by 10 p.m today and we will arrive to the City by God's guidance tomorrow at ,4 am at dawn. As we leave our home , We suppose to drop by the cemetery to visit our beloved Reagan ,but sad to say the heavy traffic did not allow us . As we arrived it was past six already and the premise is already closed. So we proceed to board a ferry going to the port terminal 3.
As we arrived in the port terminal , still more people are travelling. Unlike the olden days when few people travelled and these places were not crowded. But now more of us Filipinos love to go to places and it seemed 70 to 85 percent of the people are vlogging on reels and tiktok.
As we arrived in the Terminal 3 , its good to see and know that we need not bring baon anymore since we can buy from some of the food stalls . Some of these that will satisfy our growling stomach are as follows;
- mango shakes or fruit shakes
- beef turks
- Lugaw or hot porridge sprinkled with
garlic and pepper - or some Cebuano delicacy such as
rosquillos, otap and galletas
Then we were picked up by a shuttle bus to the boat ferry , our tickets were checked before we climbed up the ship. There are those accomodation and facilities of the ship. I paid for tourist accomodations for us to rest comfortably and so my steeming will be done in a very nice nook .
To rate thier facility in terms of cleanliness its an A or a 10. With the sleeping facility , since its my favorite woody color so its a 4.5 if 5 is the highest. And I love the way the deck is designed.
At exactly 10 :05 pm as I am writing this , there we started to go. God bless this ship with His hands that we will have a safe travel. Thank you everyone !
