I´ve never stopped using sugar, does it make a huge difference?
I love sweet potatoes, could probably eat them every day!

I find that I don't get the highs and lows in energy since I stopped using sugar, and I don't crave sweet treats either. I used to eat several choc bars or biscuits or cakes every single night - it didn't make me fat, I was UK size 8 - but energy levels were all over the place. Sugar is more addictive than cocaine as well, and when you eat it your whole brain lights up like a pinball machine, whereas with cocaine or heroin only one part of the brain lights up! So that kinda sums up why I stopped :-)

Oh wow, that is litterally enlightening!
I´ve never considered to stop eating sugar, however I don´t I cosume much of it. At least I don´t do it consciously...

Ha ha that's the sort of joke my Dad would come out with :-)

It's not a massive concern if you only take small amounts and you're a healthy active person... and if you feel in good health too then you probably are! :-)

Haha, yeah my dad would probably say the same :D
Currently I couldn´t feel any better, so I don´t think I have to change anything. However, it´s good to stay observant.

Indeed it is! If we have the knowledge then we're already halfway to a cure if ever we need one!
