4-year-old Austin Perine uses his allowance to buy food for homeless people. He got the idea from watching an Animal Planet show about pandas, where he was worried about the mother panda leaving the baby pandas, which would make them "homeless."

At the beginning of May, Austin, aka President Austin, was given the key to the city of Mobile, Alabama.
