Howdy folk's.
Some of you may have noticed some of the changes going on in The Hive. I have heard no complaints over the changes, I hope that is a good thing.
All of the things I comment about in these posts are up for discussion and if members wish an alternative direction taken with the resources we have available. I think all my thoughts are brilliant and more often I do not understand why the rest of the world doesn't. That's a different story though not the one we are typing today.

Some have being finding out, we are not a free votes group. There is no channel to place your post in and get an auto vote. The votes we do distribute are given to those members who participate in other promotions within the group.
I did give for-warning about this in previous posts on three occasions.
The thank you votes from the group are for sharing your votes with other members. Not for voting on The Hive posts. Vote's to The Hive posts are what will grow the curation reward and grow the value you get on your posts.

Those who feel their vote is better used elsewhere, I respect that and their is no obligation on your part to participate in any promotion presented by The Hive. Voting on posts is not a requirement of the group and we welcome all members.

Update on the Thundercurator vote. This vote only returns a 2x reward for the basic user like ourselves now.
The further drop in the Crypto price leaves our reward from the group to bombs at 0.026 - 0.028, Our individual vote to your comment is worth just under 0.015 (0.0147 at last check) This will provide no reward to you at payout, I once again urge all member to register with @dustsweeper to gain rewards for these votes.

As stated in a previous I am going to begin to vote at a %, to make the maximum benefit from this I am going to vote at 40% of the VP this at the moment will provide approx a 0.007 vote to your comment, With a vote of 0.02.8 from @dustsweeper the reward level will reach 0.035. this is a 0.026 reward after the curation.

In addition to the division of the votes by %. We have a window of opportunity, there is a choice of three paths to take.
The first one is to vote on two different comments from each member.

Second. To keep voting on one member at a % and move through the list a bit faster.

Third. To use the votes for those who read the group posts and comment on the content.

The third option was a thought from a member, I also think it is a good idea. Unless there are objections from members, I will include the third suggestion along with the second.
This will move through the curation trail names faster. A higher frequency of votes than is available now, And also reward group interactions among members.

All comments on this post will receive a vote from the group at a % value. We are in a down turn right now in the Crypto market, This is were we need to make even more efficient use of our resources. We can still grow in this climate by working together. Working together we can all grow.
