Instructions on how to cancel your TKY order and get a REFUND

Dear TKY holders,

For those who are willing to cancel your order and get refunded, please follow the procedure indicated as below:

Login to your account through https://thekey.vip/user/login , navigate to order detail page -> Refund Application, read the refund terms/conditions carefully, fill in the wallet address to receive the refund, then submit the application. Refund option will be open from Jan 31st 0:00 am Beijing time (16:00 Jan 30th GMT) to Feb 1st 9:00am Beijing time (1:00 am Feb 1st GMT) or to the time when the refund application with amount of 200 million TKY are completed, whichever is earlier.

After the application is successfully submitted, the status of the order will be ”Refunding”. Once we receive your valid refund application, the full refund will be completed within 2 weeks. The status will change to “Refunded” after the refund is fully paid.

Please be noted,

1. refund application is not revocable;
2. the order cannot be cancelled partially;
3. after your refund application is confirmed, the corresponding early investor bonus will also be cancelled.

통해 귀하의 계정에 로그인 하여 주문 세부 정보 페이지로 이동 -> 환불 신청서, 환불 조건을 신중하게 읽고 환불을 받으려면 지갑 주소를 기입 한 다음 신청서를 제출하십시오. 환불 옵션은 1 월 31 일 오전 0 시부 터 북경 시간 (1 월 30 일 GMT 16시)부터 2 월 1 일 오전 9 시까 지 베이징 시간 (2 월 1 일 오전 1시 GMT)까지 또는 환불 신청은 200 만 TKY가 완료됩니다.

신청서가 성공적으로 제출 된 후 주문 상태는 "환불"됩니다. 유효한 환불 신청서가 접수되면 2 주 이내에 전액 환불이 완료됩니다. 환불이 완료되면 상태가 '환불 됨'으로 변경됩니다.
